Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with safety requirements for studio courses.
Accounts & Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments
All prices are shown in USD unless indicated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Payment must be received before access to paid content or a reserved studio seat is confirmed, unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
- We may use third-party payment processors; their terms may also apply.
- If a payment fails or is reversed (e.g., chargeback), we may suspend access until the balance is resolved.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full refund up to 7 days prior to start; 50% credit within 3 days. After the start date, no refunds are offered.
- Credits (if offered) are generally non-transferable and must be used within a reasonable period as specified at issuance.
- If we cancel a course, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund for the cancelled portion.
- Digital products or immediately accessible online content may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
Acceptable Use
- No harassment or unsafe behavior in studio or online settings
- No unauthorized distribution of course materials
- Respect local laws and regulations
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk to others, or misused the Services.
Intellectual Property
Course materials, videos, text, designs, and other content provided through the Services are owned by Clay Art Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display materials unless explicitly permitted.
Studio Safety
Studio activities may involve tools, materials, heat, dust, and equipment. You agree to follow all safety instructions and to use equipment responsibly. We may refuse participation to anyone who cannot comply with safety requirements.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to deliver high-quality instruction, outcomes vary by individual effort, experience, and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific artistic results or business outcomes.
Liability
We provide courses "as is" with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the applicable course or service.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
