Full refund up to 7 days before start; 50% credit within 3 days; no-shows are non-refundable. If a class is canceled by us, you can choose a full refund or reschedule.

Yes. We display schedules in your local time zone and include a calendar file on request. Replays are available for select online sessions.

We provide seating alternatives, clear signage, captions for video lessons and flexible pacing. Share your needs in advance and we’ll tailor the setup where possible.

Comfortable clothes that can get dusty, closed-toe shoes, and short nails help on the wheel. Aprons are available in the studio, but you can bring your own.

In most studio sessions, yes—but it must be labeled and compatible with our firing temperatures. Ask first if you’re unsure, especially with unknown commercial glazes.

Beginner is best if you’re new to clay or haven’t practiced recently. Intermediate is for consistent makers who can center and pull basic forms or complete hand-built projects without guidance.

For multi-week programs, we can offer split payments depending on availability. Use the “Ask a question” form and choose “Payments” to request a plan.

Make-up options depend on capacity. If there’s space, we’ll help you join an equivalent session within the same month. Online students can use replays where available.
